Delivery

The Seller undertakes to ship the goods using contracted courier services, directly to the specified address.

Delivery is limited to the territory of Romania. The Buyer may refuse the products upon delivery if they do not correspond to the technical specifications from the product description, in which case the Seller will correct the non-conformities.

We recommend refusing receipt of packages whose packaging is deformed/damaged, in order to simplify return formalities, as well as to reduce product replacement time.

The Seller undertakes to ship the goods using contracted courier services, directly to the specified address.

Right of Withdrawal and Product Return

The right of withdrawal is exercised according to OUG 34/2014 art. 9/1 within 14 days – the conditions and methods of exercising the right of withdrawal, for the cases provided in this ordinance, in the form of the following clause: “the consumer benefits from a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract or from a contract outside commercial premises, without being required to justify the withdrawal decision”.

Courier Delivery Conditions:

  • Courier delivery costs will be borne by the buyer and are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products, with possible additional costs based on the distance to the recipient’s location;

  • The buyer understands that the delivery time displayed on the site is an estimated time, which is respected in over 90% of cases;

  • In case of redirecting a package to a different address than the initial one, the courier may apply additional fees, about which the buyer will be informed at the time of delivery;

  • Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00;

  • Courier companies offer delivery services also on Saturdays, and may apply additional fees.

  • Upon receipt of the package, the buyer can check the condition of the packaging, but not its contents;

  • Delivery is guaranteed only in accessible and safe areas for parking;

  • For packages weighing over 31.5 kg, the driver will only assist with unloading from the vehicle, without participating in subsequent transport, so the buyer will ensure they have help for moving the products;

  • In case of unavailability at the phone numbers provided for delivery, we cannot be responsible for any delays, and delivery will be rescheduled;

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, such as floods or impassable roads. In these situations, delivery will be rescheduled.

For all orders delivered with FanCourier Romania or DPD ROMANIA, transport will cost 30 Euro.

Courier Delivery Times:

  • Between 24-48 hours for orders placed by 12:00;

  • 48-72 hours for orders placed after 12:00;

  • Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday, as well as those during Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered on Tuesday;

Force Majeure:

TMT GROUP FOL SRL cannot respond ad-litteram for the delivery conditions provided by third-party courier companies, except within the limits of contractual terms. In case of force majeure, our company is exonerated from damages or delays caused by third-party providers – express courier companies.

Refund policy

TMT GROUP FOL offers individual and legal entity customers the possibility to return products according to its internal policy and current legislation.
Return costs are borne by the buyer, except in situations where the return is attributable to TMT GROUP FOL SRL.
The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the established conditions.
 
Product returns are ensured within a maximum of 14 days from purchase if the following conditions are cumulatively met:
  • The original fiscal document (invoice or receipt) attesting to the purchase of products is presented, together with all accompanying documents;
  • Products are in original, unopened and unaffected packaging, including all accessories and labels;
  • Products are in perfect working condition and without signs of wear or damage;
  • Products are returned in the original sales packaging;
  • In the case of promotional packages, they must be returned complete, as they were purchased.

Refund of Amounts from Return Service:

  • In cash for amounts paid on delivery. In this case, it is necessary for the buyer to issue a receipt for the cash refund (according to OMFP no. 2634/2015), otherwise the amount will be refunded through the bank;
  • By bank transfer for payments made through bank or bank card.

Information about Exercising the Right of Withdrawal According to O.U.G. no. 34/2014

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days, in accordance with the Return Policy for purchased products.

Right of Withdrawal according to O.U.G. 34/2014

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without justifying the reasons, within 14 calendar days from:
  • Physical possession of the products by you or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by you, for sales contracts;
  • Receipt of the last product, in the case of a contract for several goods ordered at once and delivered separately.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify TMT GROUP FOL SRL of your decision by sending an unequivocal statement (for example, by letter or email), through which you express your decision to withdraw from the contract.
In any case, upon communication of your withdrawal decision, TMT Group Fol SRL will confirm receipt by email.
TMT GROUP FOL SRL processes the personal data of legal representatives and contact persons, according to current legislation, for contract execution (which also includes the return of goods) and compliance with legal norms.
In the case of a compliant return, TMT GROUP FOL SRL employees will prepare the necessary financial-accounting documentation. The data necessary for preparing the above-mentioned documents refer to: name, surname, signature, phone number, email address, as applicable. TMT GROUP FOL SRL will use personal data for the purpose of preparing financial-accounting documents, contacting for the purpose of resolving the return, according to current legal provisions.
