Return and refund

TMT GROUP FOL offers individual and legal entity customers the possibility to return products according to its internal policy and current legislation.
Return costs are borne by the buyer, except in situations where the return is attributable to TMT GROUP FOL SRL.
The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the established conditions.
 
Product returns are ensured within a maximum of 14 days from purchase if the following conditions are cumulatively met:
  • The original fiscal document (invoice or receipt) attesting to the purchase of products is presented, together with all accompanying documents;
  • Products are in original, unopened and unaffected packaging, including all accessories and labels;
  • Products are in perfect working condition and without signs of wear or damage;
  • Products are returned in the original sales packaging;
  • In the case of promotional packages, they must be returned complete, as they were purchased.

Refund of Amounts from Return Service:

  • In cash for amounts paid on delivery. In this case, it is necessary for the buyer to issue a receipt for the cash refund (according to OMFP no. 2634/2015), otherwise the amount will be refunded through the bank;
  • By bank transfer for payments made through bank or bank card.

Information about Exercising the Right of Withdrawal According to O.U.G. no. 34/2014

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days, in accordance with the Return Policy for purchased products.

Right of Withdrawal according to O.U.G. 34/2014

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without justifying the reasons, within 14 calendar days from:
  • Physical possession of the products by you or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by you, for sales contracts;
  • Receipt of the last product, in the case of a contract for several goods ordered at once and delivered separately.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify TMT GROUP FOL SRL of your decision by sending an unequivocal statement (for example, by letter or email), through which you express your decision to withdraw from the contract.
In any case, upon communication of your withdrawal decision, TMT Group Fol SRL will confirm receipt by email.
TMT GROUP FOL SRL processes the personal data of legal representatives and contact persons, according to current legislation, for contract execution (which also includes the return of goods) and compliance with legal norms.
In the case of a compliant return, TMT GROUP FOL SRL employees will prepare the necessary financial-accounting documentation. The data necessary for preparing the above-mentioned documents refer to: name, surname, signature, phone number, email address, as applicable. TMT GROUP FOL SRL will use personal data for the purpose of preparing financial-accounting documents, contacting for the purpose of resolving the return, according to current legal provisions.
